Marble Media Inc. ("Marble Media," "we," "us") operates the Dice and Daze mobile apps and related websites (the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Depending on the product and features you use, we may collect account information (such as your name, username, and phone number), content you create, device and diagnostic data, and — only with your permission — camera-roll media and contacts. We use this information to provide, secure, and improve the Services.
If you provide your mobile phone number, we may send you SMS text messages related to your account and its activity — for example, an invitation when a friend tags you, or a notification about activity on your account (such as a challenge or a message), most often when in-app push notifications are turned off. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message (reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help), or in the app's settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Services.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use service providers (for example, cloud hosting, storage, and messaging delivery) that process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money, and — as stated above — we never share mobile or SMS-consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can opt out of texts via STOP, adjust permissions on your device, and contact us to access or delete your information.
